Pros
-Uncapped earnings -Energetic environment -Comprehensive training -Team driven I have never been pushed so hard in my life to succeed and I can honestly say it has been the best feeling in the world. I am able to challenge myself everyday and see positive outcomes from hard work. Management/Leadership honestly want people to succeed and have always pushed to make sure you do.
Cons
-Work life balance TQL is predicated on always be available and that is 100% accurate. It can be difficult to balance life outside of work with an ever going industry such as logistics. They do setup employees with a team to help when your workload increases but the nature of the business and company values will always have you working outside the office.
