      Pros

      The mentorship and investment in your success is company wide, first job ive been at the truly cares about you being the best that you can be and will put you ahead of themselves. The leadership and management team never ask you to do something that they are not willing to do or have not done themselves. The unlimited earning potential is a huge bonus to work hard. If you like recieving the compensation for the work you do this is the place to be.

      Cons

      can be stressful but ultimately worth it. "if its too easy, it wont be worth it"

      Pros

      Uncapped commission...The culture is second to none....fun atmosphere...great benefits...supportive team and management. If youre a slacker, don't apply. If you can put in the time and hustle, you WILL make a lot of money.

      Cons

      As a father, the hours are difficult, however I have a supportive family so it hasn't been a problem.
