The environment is very competitive where you can give yourself a raise at any time. The harder you work the more money you can make. I really enjoy the team environment where everyone is willing to help you be successful. TQL hires within. Most of the leadership at TQL have worked their way to the top. So they understand what it takes to be successful at every level.
Cons
The transportation industry can be stressful at times and you have to be available 24/7. Your job is to exceed the customer's expectations at all times which sometimes requires after hour, weekend, and holiday calls to ensure that the customer's transportations requirements are handled 24/7/365.
