Ethics are a major issue for this organization: you have heard the stories--they are true.
Pros
Gym, after work beers, celebrations.
Cons
The GSM's (hiring managers) sleep with their employees. It is swept under the rug. Employees are terminated if they blow the whistle on the hiring managers. This has happened numerous times (recently). Would you want to work in an organization like this? Why would college professors and parents want their students and family working in an organization like this? Eventually, it will all end in a lawsuit: not to mention, the wives of the GSM's will eventually find out that their husbands sleep with their employees. Also, it’s a burn and churn environment: 90%+ turnover. 1 in 10 entry level sales brokers make it. All of the 4 and 5 star reviews are included due to management pushing current happy employees to do so. Its frowned upon if you don’t participate. You did not spend 4+ years of your life working hard in college to join an organization like this and sit on a phone for 60+ hours a week.
