Pros

They give you crappy beer once in a blue moon to "celebrate" the company growing but don't expect much more than that.

Cons

Everything that comes out of their mouths will be a lie. When I was brought in I moved from out of state and they told me to keep all my receipts because they would pay for my moving costs. Well after a month of me fighting with them and showing them all my receipts I was out $4000 because they said they changed the rule the day before I started. You will have no personal life at all. They will tell you that you will have all this time off but expect to be there at least 6 to 7 days a week and most of the time for at least 12 hours. When you first come to the company prepare to never leave your desk unless you have to go to the bathroom while your "trainer" goes out and enjoys lunches, shows up late, and leaves early. If you ever get a call from them hang up. They get positive feedback because they force employees to post it. Run away as fast as you can!!!!!!!!!

Pros

The job is tough and it is in a very competitive market. If you're not looking for a challenge, then you wouldn't be a good fit.

Cons

It's a challenge. It takes hard work for 1-2 years to really get established. The executive team and marketing teams work together to provide some awesome rewards for the employees though.

Pros

Profitable, growing company. Fun work environment, if you have to be there for all of those hours. Beautiful facilities, and the opportunity to relocate if you would like.

Cons

Their focus is so much on sales, that other departments are severely disfunctional(well, sales is too). If you are one of the 30 new hires every other week, you'll be lucky if you make it past six months, because the seasoned sales guys already own most every major account in the country. At the six month point if you are not performing they will fire you, yes with some warning, but there is not always the help to get you where you need to be. Also, if you are a male and in good standing with management, good for you! If not, keep your desk packed! Very little work life balance. They expect 60 hours a week from new hires, and you literally have to have your phone attached to you at all times, because your customers can and are encouraged to call you anytime, day or night. The level of professionalism (or lack thereof) is almost a joke. I won't comment anymore on it, because it would be wasting time. The other departments besides sales are their own mess. They completely separate HR from recruiting, making recruiters glorified salespeople. There are 30 recruiters trying to recruit in a market that is oversaturated with former TQL employees, making it very hard to find new talent that still has a positive impression of the company. Finance and IT, while important to the company, are overlooked and underpaid. I left of my own free will, once I realized that almost every other company out there was more professional, supportive, and would help me grow my career.
