With the right attitude & effort, there is an immediate opportunity to build a book of business and bring high earnings with limited industry experience.

Cons

Especially in the first year or two, the job requires a great time commitment for success. This is not a position where 8-5 produces results.

Pros

I have worked in sales since I was 18 and I am now 31. Every company I have worked for until TQL has capped your compensation via bonus structure and base salary. TQL not only allows you to gain unlimited income they encourage it because it only benefits them if you are bringing in more revenue. Culture is a part of this company as the desks in the building. They organize and pay for many after hour events to simply let us have some fun and forget about work for a while. I have been promoted 3 times in 5 years and I see myself retiring here. Ken Oaks the founder/CEO is still visable on a daily basis and super approachable. Expectations for mysefl are very high and it is wonderful to work for a company that shares those expectations.

Cons

The logistics account executive positon is a very difficult job. True, not everyone that gets hired "makes" it here and I consider a compliment. If everyone could do the job it would then lose its A player environment. Hours are long and your phone is a bit of a leash because our customers expect a lot from us. It takes a couple years to start seeing all of your hard work pay off. Taking 2 years to make a six figure income doesn't seem that bad to me. TQL expects a tremendous amount from their employees. I guarentee there isn't a 100k+ job in any field that doesn't expect additional effort.

I get compensated for the effort I put in. The sky is the limit for my earning potential. I get the help I need to grow my business.

Cons

There is a lot of work outside of work that must be done. Be ready for your cell phone ringing on nights and weekends.
