Pros

Money. But not just money - amazing money. Six figures kind of money. If you have the understanding that only 10% of the population makes six figures and you are willing to do anything to make that kind of money, this is the place to do it. I don't know if any other job out there gives you the opportunity to make six figures within your first year of employment. Office environment. Working with young, motivated individuals who work hard and play hard cements friendships and creates a team atmosphere - especially during the long hours the first two years will require to be successful. Training. You have all of the tools to succeed, including help from all of the managers and an in-house trainer. Self-Accountability. If you enjoy being responsible for your own success, this is the environment for you. If you enjoy making excuses, you probably won't like it here. Competitive. If you get the job you will be part of the most competitive group of people you have ever met. After all, only 10% or the population makes over $100K a year. At TQL the median salary is $90K. Opportunity. The company is growing explosively. Tons of opportunity for promotion and management.

Cons

Stressful. You have revenue bases goals (it is, after all, a sales job). If you reach the goals it's good but if you don't hit them you have managers asking you why you fell short. Long hours. It takes 60+ hours a week to be successful here. Lunches at your desk are not only uncommon, it's the norm here. Hard to take time off. I mean, you can take time off - but the industry is so hardcore that you might come back to work to find out you have lost a customer. It's like that for your first two years. 24/7. You are 24/7 if you work here. 3am phonecalls? Sometimes. Desk. You will be at it. Almost always. Phone. You will be on it. Almost always.

Pros

In my experience, there are two areas that really stand out working at TQL--earning potential and the team atmosphere. -Earning potential: I can almost guarantee you will not find another job where you can make this much money at a young age. If you put in the hard work that is necessary to succeed here, you will be rewarded for it. If you want a raise, you go out and get it yourself. -Team atmosphere: The support system within the team is incredible. No matter what stage people are in (LAET, sales training, LAE, etc) people help one another out.

Cons

These aren't necessarily cons, but just areas that people should be aware of when setting their expectations of working here. -Working 60+ hour weeks: If you want to make money here, you need to put in the hours. Plain and simple. Your friends and family might think you're crazy for working this much, but you do it to make a six figure salary. If you want to work a 40 hour week, you'll get a 40 hour week paycheck. -On call 24/7: This is actually something that really sets TQL apart from our competition. Sure, it's not fun to get a call in the middle of the night saying your truck broke down, but it's part of the job. -Overall stress: This is a stressful job, there's no solid way around it. However, if you're proactive and do the work to prevent any possible problems, the stress isn't that bad.
