Pros

if you’re willing to work hard, TQL is gonna pay you accordingly. The work you put in here is reflected in your checks. Pay attention to the in depth training they provide, and you’ll be on the path to running your own business in no time. The culture is fun and always has something going on, management and leadership are helpful.

Cons

No hybrid work model. Can take a year or so to see commission.

Mindset and vision for what is required from an employee is accurate and fair. While the realistic result for this position is 60-90k a year after building a book, the potential for uncapped commission is true. Have seen some success stories of 120-400k a year in the AR position.

Cons

No remote policy. Not even a hybrid approach, so better be close enough to an office location to work here!
