      Pros

      I just started on the field and my BCBA is very nice and supportive giving tips and encouragement. Online training is quick and straight forward

      Cons

      Online training is nothing compared to what happens during sessions. It's all hypothetical until you're actually with a client. I felt like I was going in blindly on my first solo 1:1 session. I have been asking questions, but you can't put a script on a child. Home visits could be a good thing, but then it feels as if the parent is judging you or breathing down your neck while you're doing programs and trials. I had to do a session on a day that I had indicated I was unavailable because nobody else on my team was available.
