      Pros

      I love working for this company! I stop doing this job a while back because of personal reasons and never thought I would come back and be a RBT again... and here I am! I really enjoy working with my clients and staff! TS values your work and opinion which is beyond great.

      Cons

      The only negative is sometimes inconsistent scheduling due to either myself or clients cancelling sessions. Being a student it has benefits even when it can be a negative.

      Pros

      The people and the children that I am able to work along side daily are enjoyable and proffer a learning curve for me that adds to my quality of life.

      Cons

      There is at times a struggle to find enough hours to work during the week to compliment a full-time status.

      They have dedicated BCBA's and RBT's that put the client first

      Cons

      There is no connection between the therapy providers and those working within the office. I couldn't even tell you if there are five people in the office or 100. Decisions are kept from the therapists, even when they impact them the most. Due to disconnect between the office staff and therapy providers, there is confusion with schedules, therapist's don't feel valued, and they get taken advantage of. The pay for BCBAs is comparable to other companies, but the RBT pay is lower in compared to others.
