There is no connection between the therapy providers and those working within the office. I couldn't even tell you if there are five people in the office or 100. Decisions are kept from the therapists, even when they impact them the most. Due to disconnect between the office staff and therapy providers, there is confusion with schedules, therapist's don't feel valued, and they get taken advantage of. The pay for BCBAs is comparable to other companies, but the RBT pay is lower in compared to others.
