There are not any pros at this time.

Cons

When you are full time, you work around the clock and on weekends. Terrible work-life balance. When I was there they kept on hiring upper management positions when they weren't even needed, and would treat the line staff and other employees that are doing the most important work like garbage. They try to manipulate you and just get you to work more hours. I know some of the part time staff even had a difficult time getting hours that they wanted. They do not care about their clients anymore and just care about growing and getting larger, the quality of care has gone down since being employed here.

Pros

I've worked for TS for over a year and have found the experience to be mostly positive. The staff is laid back, considerate and worked with my schedule while I was in school. They've been open to feedback and put policy in place after recommendations from myself and colleagues. The BCBAs I work with are encouraging and down to earth. Working with TS really helped shape my career path and I believe are doing their best to help the clients they serve. Other Pros: - Training and certification opportunities for RBTs. - Training for practicum students working towards a BCBA cert. - Flexible schedule, short drive times and expense reimbursement - Ethical practice (Even more so than non-profits I've worked for in the past!) - Community outreach (I've been to several walks and events sponsored by TS)

Cons

Hours limited in some regions, HR can be abrasive at times.

Pros

Helpful and friendly staff. Client/family centered programming. Great benefits. Supports in place for billing, scheduling, and therapist management. Great communication within the company.

Cons

I have no downsides for working at Total Spectrum.
