I have been working as a Client Services Coordinator at Total Spectrum for about 9 months now and have absolutely fell in love with the company! It is a family-owned company and I have created great relationships with my coworkers. It makes it so easy to get up in the morning to come to work when you actually love your job! No day is ever the same in our Department and it is challenging, yet so rewarding. We work so closely with not only the therapists at Total Spectrum, but also with each of the families we provide services for. The best part of the day is knowing that you are directly involved in making a difference for not only each of our kiddos, but our families as well. What is also so amazing is the incredible work-life balance this company provides. I can't imagine my life without Total Spectrum, and I am so excited for the future of our company and how we will continue to grow!

I've worked at Total Spectrum for over a year now, and I've always felt supported and appreciated by co-workers AND upper management. From day one I've been impressed with how organized and intentional upper management is about decision making. They WANT to hear from staff!!!! If there is an issue, or I feel that something could be improved, I have ALWAYS felt that my input is welcome. I've worked for another ABA company before, and I can honestly say Total Spectrum is a breathe of fresh air. The culture at Total Spectrum is very positive and staff help each other out as much as possible.
