Pros

Tremendous people. Team atmosphere (rare in media sales). Nationwide presence. Ease-of-execution for campaigns. Management has a "we can do it" mentality.

Cons

Poor work/life balance. Too many managers. Budget goes up but salary stays flat. Lost major product asset last year. Viewed as a commodity by clients. Consolidation means no room for growth.

Pros

Casual atmosphere and dress code.

Cons

Hard to get time off, odd hours, and manager can be very unpredictable, is known to communicate aggressively and play favorites. Also because it is owned by iHeartMedia, we are under a hiring freeze and often short-handed. Little opportunity for advancement or salary negotiation.

Pros

You get experience within the media industry which is nice and it is something to add to the resume that can help in the future

Cons

You are not cared for as an employee. They say you are but they don't treat you like you really matter
