      Pros

      You get paid for doing something so easy Backed by a union so there's job security Free coffee and hot chocolate. Otherwise, not much to run home about.

      Cons

      There's no room for growth It's unorganized and all over the place No steady schedule unless you're full time Hours are unorthodox It's not "real radio" you can't even say your name in some reports There are no perks. Literally feels like you are barking traffic to the air. Is anyone there?
