Cons

takes a while to move up the latter. talent and experience means nothing, it's all about how long you've been there.

Pros include flexible work hours laid back staff friendly upper management

Cons

Open 24/7 so sometimes you may get stuck working a shift you don't want to. Pay not high and insurance could be better
