      The people make this company worthwhile.

      In the process of reorganization, it has become clear that this particular branch of the company has lost its "meaning". Management is not clear with its direction; and recent job placement, according to skill set, is just one of the shining indicators.

      - Work tasks were very interesting and challenging, not one day I felt bored. - Good working hours - Excellent safety procedures and precautions taken on the job training.

      - Did not get the support from the upper management as needed - Wage gap between upper management and workers too big

      Pros

      A good place to learn. It's complex operation is a great place to increase knowledge and responsibility, quickly. Nice co-workers.

      Cons

      Underpaid. The salary for local is not international standard. For expatriate, the salary is ok. Considering the low living expense.
