Pros

- low level entry company, if you know at least something about computers or you just finished college, you can get a job - you can learn a lot if you want to - a couple of different departments which work with different technologies and mostly have good promotion patterns - excellent colleagues, 25 yrs or younger on average

Cons

- minimum wage with some added bonuses which they take away if you do not perform up to their standards - upper management doesn't really care about their employees, they don't care if you stay or leave, they will always find someone desperate enough to work for the low pay they offer - company training is weak, they just throw you into the sea hopping you can swim - some clients they have are A1, some are really horrible - 3 shifts, you will stuck with one of them for a longer period and it might change depending on the department you work in

Pros

Opportunity to learn about system administration and how to work with a team. That is probably it. There aren't a lot of pros.

Cons

Pay is ridiculously small and insulting. Also, after 3 months of work you stop learning about administration and you are ordered to follow the procedures that someone else wrote without any explanation. Also you have to wash the dishes as they are trying to cut all expenses. And even if you get promotion it would still be bad because you can get much better treatment at any other company. Touch support overloads some departments with work while others are having normal load.

Pros

some people are great you can learn much if you are a beginner Great as a first out of college job can come to work in shorts.

Cons

low salary stressful no real insight in how to progress (or how bonuses are calculated) vacation days are not increasing the longer you work management has no ear for worker ideas (they really don't case what workers say)
