Pros

Don't require any experience to start working there. If you don't have any Linux experience it's a good place to gain some quickly as it is a fast paced environment. No dress code.

Cons

Pay is to low. To much pushing of stats, you are forced to make generic replies to tickets that don't contribute anything to resolve the issue and are just there to game the stats. Management and HR are not doing a good job, also a lot of reviews here seem to be written by management or HR, even when they do talk to employees it is obvious they are just doing it to satisfy form and are not listening to what is said. Most people leave inside 1-2 years so not much experienced people to learn from.

Pros

If you want to go into Linux and do not have any prior job experience, this is the perfect job! A fast paced environment which forces you to think of your feet. Great people, laid-back atmosphere.

Cons

It's great for beginners, but not so much for experienced admins (that either come in with some experience, or become experienced during their stay at Touch Support). If you have been a Level 3 for 6 months it's definitely time for you to move on from cPanel and find another job (vanilla Linux). It's harsh but that's the truth. Touch Support is making money from small clients, selling tickets/phones/chat services and your job is to handle the client's needs. There is very little room for project work and to learn something new (outside of the hosting business and cPanel)

Pros

Only thing required to start your Sys-admin career is knowing English in speaking and writing.

Cons

*non-transparent (micro)management *low wages (well, since they recruit noobs, this can be considered irrelevant but later on as you progress, you salary doesn't rise so much) *lack of training for new stuff ...
