Pros

You'll definitively get hired, because they need people (people constantly leave)

Cons

Salary is a minimum wage, bonuses are none to minimum, working load is horrible and very harsh, definitively not appropriately paid, people from management are just lazy. The worst is their policy about quantity, and not quality of the work done. The main thing is to reply to the ticket, not to solve it. That's just pathetic.

Pros

Free water, coffee and tea!

Cons

35% lower salaries compared to the similar positions in the IT industry. Working with Linux web-hosting industry supporting people who don't know English. Clear progression path, albeit no chance to actually advance because of poor management and low incentives. Constantly under-staffed team resulting in big work volume. Company spread across multiple offices which resulted in poor communication.

Pros

* Friendly Staff overall * Comfortable offices, modern equipment * Excellent upper management ( CEO, CTO ) * A lot of ways to improve yourself * Outstanding learning opportunity, be it in Linux or Windows area. * Lot of knowledgable people who know their job and to it well ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Touch Support is a one of a kind company which takes on newbs and train them to be a competent system admins within 2-3 years. There is a clear training path, various career opportunities and all dependant solely on the employee and how far they want to push themselves. Upper management knows what they're doing and do it well. Communication is a bit more than you would usually expect ( CEO talks a lot to their employees when needed ), friendly Shift Leads are always there to assist and HR does OneonOne's within the company which sometimes lasts a couple of hours if needed.+, PER person. New employees are carefully hand-picked to fit in quickly with the rest of the staff. Company has a lot of patience for their employees, to help them with their problems and issues at hand or to simply listen to them.

Cons

* Middle management seems to be missing in some situations
