Pros

- First-hand experience with Linux, networking, DNS, etc. - Awesome colleagues who are ready to help - Good starting point if you are new to IT without CS background (for SysAdmin, SysOps, DevOps positions) - Steady paycheck

Cons

- Low salaries and unpredictable/non-transparent bonus system - Expect to work weekends, holidays in different shifts and be overworked - It's not really a company where you would build your career, but just a starting point in your IT journey, and the company/management is fully aware of that and will try to milk every last drop out of you before you leave for more serious employment after you acquire enough experience

Pros

Great, approachable and ready to help staff.

Cons

Very low salary, not so great training for onboarding staff which usually comes with 0 experience. Very, very rare shift rotations.
