Casual work environment, casual dress code, good benefits and great PTO policy, friendly employees, flexible schedules, fun company

Cons

Employees are treated like assets instead of people, management doesn't really interact with the employees, not a very transparent management style, unless you're upper management, your ideas will likely not be heard.
