Best engineering firm to work for in the contiguous US by far. Laid back and comfortable atmosphere where if you take care of the company, they will take care of you.

Cons

As always there are things that could be better, the finance department struggles to gain the same vision as the rest of the company.

TEP is very flexible and works with me and my hectic lifestyle. Whether it is working remotely, working while traveling, or being in the office, TEP understands my needs and allows me to have a great work-life balance. The laid back culture encourages me to have fun along with motivating me to get my work done efficiently and accurately.

Cons

If you're looking for an extremely professional and proper firm to work for, this is not the place for you.

Pros

Easy, laid back job for new graduates.

Cons

Underpaid, no hazard pay, have to work under sketchy, unsafe conditions. No proper training program. You learn by making mistakes, getting yelled at, and so on.

We take the safety of our employees very seriously. All climbers must complete a certified safety training program and all employees are trained in CPR and First Aid. Our dedicated Safety Manager monitors conditions both in the office and the field to ensure employees are protected.
