Cheap Company with Poor Upper Management
Pros
-Ability to keep travel rewards (flight miles, hotel points, CC points, etc) was nice -Enjoyed my boss, easy to work for but heard from others that their boss was not the same - For the most part a laid back environment - Safety was a joke when I first started (makeshift climbing gear, no care for company vehicles, sent out on my own into the field quite often) but did improve over time.
Cons
- If you're not buddy-buddy with upper management, they will barely make eye contact with you, let alone attempting to know who you are, even after 6+ years of service to the company - Kept bringing on more and more employees which meant salaries stayed stagnant - People who travel all the time should never be salary. They are always putting in 50+ hours a week with no extra compensation - All management cared about was making money, they didn't care about the employees making them money
