•On the first day, I reported to the shift and waited for an email with instructions. • During my first week, my manager did not introduce me to anyone until the end of the day. • My work assignments were funneled through three co-workers to do the work. Most of the time, the work flow was slow. •My access to our client’s portals was finally granted within the last month of my employment and the platforms I needed I did not have permission to have. • The company stress work/balance, but assignments were given and emailed during my PTO time. • In any role, do not make any mistakes! The management and leads will let you know in a heart beat when you mess up on any given assignment. •If you are in a role where you have to reach out to clients, please consistently follow up with them and cc’d management on emails. They want to know everything. • Harsh management wanted you to adhere to expectations that were not outlined or communicated. • My department lacked diversity. • Micromanagement •Meetings sometimes consisted of sexist remarks from a project manager. • Training truly lasted for 30 days and management will throw you into the work flow without an understanding of metrics. •Management was cliquish with long termed employees.
