Pros

Easy, laid back job for new graduates.

Cons

Underpaid, no hazard pay, have to work under sketchy, unsafe conditions. No proper training program. You learn by making mistakes, getting yelled at, and so on.

We take the safety of our employees very seriously. All climbers must complete a certified safety training program and all employees are trained in CPR and First Aid. Our dedicated Safety Manager monitors conditions both in the office and the field to ensure employees are protected. Casual work environment, casual dress code, good benefits and great PTO policy, friendly employees, flexible schedules, fun company

Cons

Employees are treated like assets instead of people, management doesn't really interact with the employees, not a very transparent management style, unless you're upper management, your ideas will likely not be heard.
