Small community hospital, friendly staff. ICU bonuses for picking up additional shifts 4, 8, 12. 250$ for 12 hrs, sometimes 500 during winter season.

Cons

Sometimes the unit was understaffed, but that seems to be common these days

They really are trying to change a culture that was once stagnant and resistant to change

Cons

ALL employees should be managed out if they are not willing to change for good of the organization..including administration
