As a result, we have launched Leadership development training at all of our sites and survey employees regularly to obtain feedback on their employment experience. Cons

Have a points system, if you are late, leave early or call out, miss a punch and don't take a lunch. at 18 points you are fired, no questions asked. it takes 9 months for points to fall off
