I love the people I work with, they are resourceful and knowledgeable. It’s a very diverse unit that is very welcoming.

Cons

It’s very fast paced with a quick turn over of patients. Hardest part is dealing with aggressive behavior of patients. At times I struggle with getting pto approved or getting coverage.
