      Cons

      Very Top Heavy, I had 4 supervisors and 4 managers and don’t think they ever talked. Communication was barely existent. And the level of MicroManagment was staggering.

      Friendly coworkers. Great doctors. Automony in practice.

      Cons

      Your a number. Flexed and floated as needed. Sometimes to adult floors. Decreased benefits such as 403b matching and recent eliminating of rewards program. New RNs make too close to experienced RNs. Clinical ladder is exasperating and intentionally difficult to keep RNs making less.
