Problems with RN retention & safe staffing

Work with great people who care about their co workers, patients & their community

Cons

Staffing is a constant issue, difficulty with RN recruitment & retention due to unsafe staffing patterns, less than supportive administration & an attendance policy that treats professionals like they are children. If they trust us to provide life saving treatment to our patients, why are we penalized with demerits when we use our rightfully earned time for a sick day? Very disappointed their PR rhetoric does not match the reality of working for Tower.

Ability to work remote is wonderful for work/life balance. Benefits are good. The company treats their employees very fairly and fosters an environment of inclusivity. Pay is good.
