In regards to compensation, we regularly evaluate our pay ranges against regional data and make adjustments if deemed appropriate in order to recruit and retain talent. We also provide other perks that employees find valuable such as free parking, education assistance, wellness initiatives, and our Tower Rewards Program. In addition, our Management team works hard to ensure that every employee feels valued and if this isn’t the case, we want to know. We encourage employees to bring all concerns to their Supervisor or to an HR Business Partner/HR Director if more appropriate. We hope you did so before moving on. We know that a positive work/life balance is critical to job satisfaction and are pleased to learn that your schedule fits your lifestyle. We appreciate the suggestion on how to improve staffing and we're happy to share that we continue to hire Medical Assistants and PSRs to provide support in various Medical Group practices so that staff can continue to provide safe and effective care to our patients.
