      Customer service experience and nothing else

      No time off during holidays Trainees get no vacations or sick days Your job is to get people to wind up into more debt by renewing their loans. You can get promoted to be a manager at any place tower loan fictions in. It could be a very small town to a big town Lots of turnovers Work before family, I believe they have this stated somewhere

      Its a job if you dont have anything else Lunch is an hour

      No paid time off Management never wants you to miss a day Even with an excuse. Unrealistic goals that need to be met Soliciting then asking when can you pay Harrassing customers calling several times a day Pay days are unpredictable Supervisor sits and watches your ever move and listens to phone calls to critique. Turn over is horrible Csrs never stay so you will be going to the bank most of the time and picking up mail Days are extremely long afte you call accounts there is nothing to do sometimes
