Working for Tower definitely keeps you busy but, in a good way! The days fly by, and you become a family. I have nothing but positive things to say about my time with this company.

Pros

Tower Loan will teach you everything you need to know about the company. There are many of opportunities to make extra money. Tower Loan has a great network of managers who make it possible for you to succeed within the company.

Cons

We have recently made a bulk purchase where we bought out another finance company and I believe Tower Loan higher ups did not do their part in helping the individual offices with the merger. It could and should have gone a lot smoother than it did. Along with the training for the employees that came over from the other company, they should have had to undergo the same training as Tower Loan employees but they did not.
