Pros
The pay is pretty good and you get to wear a suit and tie. Advancement is available if you can tolerate selling a poor product.
Cons
The fluctuating overtime rate is a rip off. Management violated Tower's own policies and the supervisor turned a blind eye to it. Manager was harassing references, yelling and swearing at customers and sold the "optional" insurances without informing customers what they were or that they were even optional. This also lead to selling insurances customers didn't qualify for. Perfect paying customers requested reasonable amounts and the manager only approved for less than half without reasonable justification. Customers who weren't even 30 days delinquent were told they would have to surrender collateral. The "employee incident reporting" hotline was disconnected until I informed HR....
