Tower is a business based off of effort. The overall job itself is easy. If you come to work everyday and do what you're supposed to do, you won't have any worries. You can't just show up and expect it to be handed to you. They offer great incentive programs, which again with effort you can achieve and in return you can make a very wealthy living. They offer insurance, 401k, and paid time off. Tower promotes from within so there is always opportunity for advancement. Hands down awesome overall company. I'm glad I chose Tower for the long haul.

Great company, great people (bosses are truly like friends/family). Supervisors and directors genuinely care about their people. Promotes exclusively from within. Great benefits package. Pay is excellent. Multiple different opportunities for bonuses, some can be very large. Very rewarding of hard work and good results.
