Great Company

Pros

Great salary, great incentive pay and bonus structure, the company offers more time off than most other companies, for example, once promoted to management you get 13 bank days. At other companies it is very common to only get a week of time off after 1 year of service. The company also has 2 beach condos that employees can sign up to use (Gulf Shores after 1 year of service, Destin after 5 years of service). 401K with company match, also a Profit Sharing Plan that is separate from the 401k.

Cons

No doubt about it, that it is hard work. But nothing easily obtained is worth keeping long is what I was always told. We do our own collections, which some do not like, but Tower is up front with potential new employees (at least when I was hired)
