Pros

Tower Loan gives you a place to start a career and lets you be in control of your own destiny..no one can stop a person that has high business goals from being succesful. i have been part of Tower Loan for over 15 years and I have enjoyed getting to know past and current employees. I have high regard for a company that rewards employees for having high expectations for themselves

Cons

work is very hard and you have to be willing to put in hard hours to be succesful..its not a place that you can work at and just wing it...you have to bring your a game every day to succeed...if you are just looking for a job..this is not the company for you..they expect your best every day and they dont slack on that part

Not a place to start a career

Pros

Great place to start right out of college

Cons

Not a place to start a career. I wouldn't recommend any long term future plans at Tower. Terrible pay!! Impossible incentive and bonus structure. You will be fired for taking sick time over your 13 days. It's not family oriented place to work. Forget having a family and trying to work at Tower Loan. Manager trainees make $483 a week. Managers make $519 a week. The pay is very bad. Insurance premiums are outrageously expensive. Take home pay is about $300 a week. Supervisors and Directors have it made!!! They get to work late and leave early every day. Yeah they may do work from home but they get to do it at the comfort of their own home. They dont have to stay at a depressing office until 8 and get home when it's completely dark.
