      Pros

      I enjoy my position at Tower Loan as a manager. I feel as though my supervisor Daniel Deal is family oriented, caring, and one of the best supervisors I have had the pleasure of working for. The pay is great. The manager meetings are well worth it. I learned a lot working under Daniel Deal and I look forward to working for this company until retirement age. Daniel is policy oriented and its very much needed in this type of business. Tower Loan is a very structured place to work. The insurance is great as well and is very much needed and used due to my diabetes.

      Long hours due to dq work which is easy to solve if you’re actually working your accounts.

      Tower loan presents their manager trainee's with an amazing opertunity. Teaching them everything they need to know in 7-12 months and then giving them their own Tower Loan branch to run. Dont worry, they make sure you're ready. Tower Loan also helps with the moving costs and makes it as easy as possible. The money making potential is there! You just have to grab it! -great management -amazing career opertunity -great compensation
