Pros

They pay very well and the schedule is consistent. Working weekends is rare. Sometimes you can receive a bonus if you do a certain amount of loans in the allotted period of time

Cons

Terrible training. High interest rates that are not explained to the customers upfront. Management belittles customers when speaking to them

Pros

Good Salary, great benefits and profit sharing. Good opportunity for bonuses monthly and quarterly. Complete training to prepare you to take the promotion to your own branch. Relocation bonus.

Cons

Long hours which is not very family friendly, geared more towards single individuals. Relocation required and you get no say in where you go, you go where they need you when the time comes or you will find yourself without a job. You get only two weeks in a hotel in order to find a place to live. In this two weeks you are working 45-55 hours weekly and at the end of the two weeks you either need to be in a place or have to foot the bill to stay in a hotel/motel yourself. Promised yearly salary is not actual salary. Requires field calling to homes.
