Pros

Management title to take to another company

Cons

They don’t care about their employees at all. They will move you to a new branch. They want you to fix a 2year failing office in 5months and fire you if you don’t fix it quick enough for it. No off days. They will send you a email the same day and tell you that you have to stay two more hours behind till you meet the goal. Then the next morning they call angry because you didn’t meet the impossible goal. Wont let you take any vacation days if your impossible goal not met. Put your safety at risk sending you to peoples home where it not any cell phone service. They promise to give you a raise after 1 year stated in the hand book then find a reason why they can’t give it to you. They train you to avoid and lie to customers about the interest rates. The make you slide unwanted insurance on the loans to boost the gross amount of the loan. So much more this is a horrible company.

Pros

Experiences, meeting people, contact and socializing, having a schedule, people I worked with, and some travel.

Cons

Soliciting (I’m good at it but I feel like a begger), felt bad for because of the APR and taking money from mostly ppl on disability, shady, clicks, all about who you know to move up not work ethics, 5-25 cent raises ever 6 months, have to have perfect credit to work there, unsocial higher ups, the cashier has to do just as much or more than a trainee and get paid a lot less, the bonuses for the manager were super high but peons for cashiers and trainees when we are the ones mostly bringing business in from calling and counter solicitation.
