Upper level management is the worst they smile in your face when you’re doing good but when things are not so good then you’re public enemy number one despite the hard work you put in to try to get great results. They talk about you behind your back when you’re doing bad and offer no real solutions to the problem they basically blame you and tell you you’re not good enough in so many words Dealing with rude customers who don’t like to pay their bill Working tirelessly towards a numbers goal that you aren’t guaranteed to hit Unrealistic expectations from the people in higher positions

Really terrible upper management Long hours (bosses will purposefully disregard the company policy for extra hours and will find a reason for you to be required to work late no matter what) Some goals set are almost unrealistic Celebrating success is done obligatorily rather than genuinely
