Cons

There is no such thing as work/life balance with this job. Management sucks. This is not a culture you want to be in.

Pros

Fulfilling job that allows you to grow into a great career. The job offers incredibly pay and benefits. My manager teaches me step by step on how to help customers and accounts. The staff is so friendly and caring for one another.

Cons

I like moving around a lot, and this job requires me to sit down most of the day behind a desk. I also wish I had a little more say in where I can relocate to because of my spouse finding a job.

Tower loan has given me several benefits and tought me many real world skills. If you are the type of person willing to work and reach goals this company will see and respect that. I had briefly worked in financial services and learned more about about customer service, salesmanship, and accountability than my previous employer.

Cons

There can be long hours but with the right attitude and willingness it will change instantly.
