Pros

Working as a Manager Trainee at Tower Loan has been a challenging yet rewarding experience. The position has given me the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of consumer lending, customer service, and branch management in a fast-paced environment. One of the best parts of the role is the hands-on training. I’ve been able to gain experience in everything from processing loans and collections to supervising staff and learning about branch operations.

Pros

Good training for someone to get their food in the door of personal loans. Lots to learn at your own pace. Fast pace rarely if ever a dull moment. No late nights one Saturday a month for 4 hours. Skies the limit on bonuses, and promotions.

Cons

Computer based training could use some tweaking to make it not so boring.

Pros

I get good pay with yearly raise opportunities and decent commission bonuses set off achievable goals. Plenty of automatic PTO and paid holidays off. management is very involved in day to day work and takes any issues seriously from any level set guaranteed. 40 hours work week

Cons

There is No overtime allowed for my position.
