Decent for new grads to get experience Nice people

Cons

No meaningful work to do most of the time. Company feels like it’s dying at all times but never actually does. Management makes up any reason they can to avoid giving you any sort of bonuses or raises. Frequent forced vacation so they can pad their financials.
