      -Work life balance -Benefits are affordable -Location in San Antonio is fantastic. -Boss is wonderful -Couldn't ask for a better team

      -Not compensated for the Job I perform -HQ is very controlling -Financial decisions don't always make sense

      - In my department, I have the best boss I've every worked with - Most employees have 3-4 days off each week - Benefits

      - Quality of management can be inconsistent, depending on where you work in the company - Focus on running lean can cause a lot of unnecessary stress (many departments are kept understaffed)
