Pros

Employees at the Newport Beach site have been working here for awhile and have a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Cons

Most people are too busy to really help and the company is so lean that it is counterproductive. The company is experiencing record revenue and growth, but none of that is being given back to the employees that make it all happen.
