Great people, a company that give her engineers a chance to develop professionally and to managerial positions

Cons

The high level managers are not conected in any way to the employees. Compensation and benefits are not allighned to the presentaion of a succesfull company

Pros

Great co-workers, the other technicians are helpful, most times they don't know the answer off the top of their heads, but after looking at the issue with the machine they can most times come up with a solution to the problem. Schedule works in your favor if you like getting multiple days off and they are flexible with time off.

Cons

Management is horrible, from the first line manager...all the way up. The end goal is, are we making the numbers....we are...well push the numbers higher...we need more. Most sections are short staffed causing for increased stress on the other employees who have to carry this burden. Education is the least of their worries, they look for someone that can fill a spot and get the job done.
