Can change a career path within the company, nice cafeteria, good at pushing for quick and creative solutions

Cons

Atmosphere is intense, lack of positive feedback, work-life is not balanced well with long work hours, occasional weekend tasks. Usually understaffed in many places causing a lot of pressure on existing work force and lack of responsiveness.

Poeple are capable, tallented and work as a team. the job is interesting , you get a lot of indipendency and you feel you can impact . great managers

Cons

the semiconductor market is not very stable. the company is still in a transition period of becoming global, so there is work need to be done on infrustructre and processes.
