Overall, great environment, but VERY corporate

Pros

Friendly, positive, casual work environment that is very corporate. For the most part, everyone is treated fairly and everything runs smoothly.

Cons

Extremely corporate in the sense that every policy feels strictly by the book. I'm sure other companies are like this, but salary increases from promotions within are much lower than getting hired from outside.

Pros

They have a very flexible schedule, the people are extremely friendly and it's really laid back. I had a lot of fun working there, and wish that it was more than temporary.

Cons

There really isn't a whole lot to complain about. Some of the managers were a little too laid back at times, but they picked up the pace when need be.
